stoopid computer question

For a while now my computer has been going !BOINK! while its loading the system tray applications, now it boinks twice.

I know I should know how to fix this or at least figure out why its happening, but I dont.

You know I've been heard comparing the tactics that the bush administration has been using, to the tactics the nazis used to "legally" change the rules of their political system to suit their agenda. And I found out that some people think I'm a democrat and I'm spouting moveon.org propaganda. Well I'm not a democrat and I never heard of moveon.org until I was accused of repeating it. However I do know what the nazis did and how they did it and if people don't see the same tactics...

Today was a big day in politricks. Congress voted to allow oil drilling in the Alaska national wildlife refuge and president shrub nominated chief arcitect of the Iraq war Paul Wolfowitz to be the head of the World Bank, even though he has no prior economic experence, and has infact grossly underestimated the amount of $$$ it will take to remain in Iraq. Comments / Discussion?

this guys story is completly credible imo. we know both his sons went down shooting and that a great part of the jessica lynch story was a lie, so i found this credible. id love to see some follow up on this guys claim.

I'm listening to "To the Point" on NPR right now and they are discussion how the FDA has approved a study consisting of giving soldiers who are returning home from Iraq who have PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)- MDMA or ecstacy to help treat them and help them recover.

Now excuse me, but now we have our Air Force pilots on speed (called "go pills"- saw it on 60 Minutes) and now we are giving them x when they come home all messed up emotionally only to then...
